These terms apply to Profitable But Broke digital products bought through Payhip or Etsy and to this website.
Digital products
Our products are downloadable Excel files with PDF instructions, delivered instantly after purchase. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They are designed for Microsoft Excel; other spreadsheet apps have not been tested.
License
Your purchase gives you a license to use the files within your own business, including with your business partners, bookkeeper or accountant. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files or modified copies of them.
Not professional advice
Our tools are self-service, educational planning tools. They are not personalized financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Results depend entirely on the information you enter. We do not promise any financial result.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If a file won't open or doesn't match its product description, email profitablebutbroke@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the platform you bought from (for example, Etsy's purchase protection) or under applicable law.
Sample data and trademarks
Numbers shown in product images and in the files are sample data, not results from a real business. Profitable But Broke is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon, Etsy or Payhip. Product and company names are trademarks of their owners.
Limitation of liability
The products are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
